This
Hemigrammus Caudovitatus always known as
Tetra from Buenos Aires which describes its origin in its popular name. Recenty there is some other scientific name such as
Hemigrammus Anisitsi, but it fact its the same fish. Tetra from Buenos Aires grows to a length of three and a half inches, and its not an ideal community tank fish, as it tends to be too active and to nibble at the fins of any other fishes. It likes the same sort of surroundings and temperature as the Tetras. It also needs a large tank for breeding.
