Ctenobrycon Spilurus or usually known and populars as Silver Tetragrows to a size of over three inches and should not be put in a community tank with other fisher smaller than it self, not because this Silver Tetra not a peaceful fish but merely because it is too active for a small tank and might be tempted to eat other little fishes. Silver Tetra fish likes a temperature between 65 and 80 degree and should be bred like the other Tetras.

Pristella Riddlei, in spite of its popularity, has never achieved a popular name. It also known as Maxillaris subspecies. It occurs wild native in Venezuela and British Guiana, and reaches a size of under two inches in captivity. Pristella Riddlei Maxillaris is a peaceful fish, its most striking characteristic are the black and white markings on the dorsal fin. This fish like the same temperature range and breeding arrangements as most of the Tetras, and like them should be removed from breeding tank after spawning.
